Membership:
Membership entitles you to a shipment of two bottles of wine every other month. Not to exceed $49.00.
Terms & Conditions: You may cancel your membership at any time (after receiving your first order) with 30-day prior notice. Please note we can only ship to certain states. All wines are sold in California and the ownership transfers to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of the wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to encourage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered. We obey laws of each state regarding shipments of wine direct to consumers. We will act to arrange shipments direct to consumers only to the states that permit wine shipements, and only in the quantities permitted by the laws of such states.- All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 or over) upon delivery. We encourage shipments be delivered to an address where an adult is present.
