Chad Joseph

A young award-winning winemaker native to California's Central Valley and born into a family of rich agricultural heritage, Chad was drawn into winemaking after earning a degree in botany from his college study on California's North Coast. While practicing the art of winemaking under premier wine masters at the world's largest winery, Chad ultimately became responsible for wines sold around the world. In 2001, Chad ventured out to begin specializing in unique small-lot custom reds from California's Lodi appellation.

Shaun MacKay

A native Californian, Shaun is the only son of Linda Hartzell. He studied communication, science, and film studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Shaun has completed additional Wine and Wine Marketing education at UC Davis. After finishing his undergraduate education, he traveled extensively throughout the Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands before returning to Lodi. Shaun joined Harmony Wynelands in 2004 to work alongside lead winemaker Chad Joseph. Together they are creating our award winning wines. Additionally, Shaun handles sales, marketing and winery operations. In his free time, Shaun loves spending time in the mountains, at the ocean, and with his twin nephews.
